 Cutting edges, formed profiles and punched holes all
require deburring. Our electro-polishing and chemical etching process
ensures maximum metal removal for the burred edges without damaging the
component. This process can be used on both magnetic and non-magnetic
components. Surface contaminants, including grease, dirt and iron, are
inherent to the metal fabrication process. During the treatment, the
surface of the part is chemically treated and this removes free iron and
other foreign contaminants. |
